- Are there any exercises I can do at home to help with my pain, rather than relying solely on medication?
From yoga to physical therapy, there are many forms of physical exercise that can assist in relieving certain types of pain. We encourage patients to explore non-medication alternatives to treating pain as appropriate. Please see the additional information listed here for examples dealing with lower back pain, a common problem among our patients. Be sure to check with your doctor before beginning or changing any exercise program to ensure that the activities you choose are right for your specific needs.
- What forms or paperwork do I need?
You should bring your insurance card(s), photo identification, Medicare card, and any claim information for Worker’s Compensation.
- How do I arrange for payment?
Copayments are due at the time services are provided. In the event that a copayment amount is not known, we will bill you once your share is determined. We accept all major credit cards, personal checks, money orders, and cashier’s checks. If you are having financial difficulties, we may be able to provide an interest-free payment plan (subject to timely payments) or debt reduction.
